Job Summary
Directs HR strategy and oversees employment, compensation, employee relations, benefits, training, and services, either personally or through subordinate supervisors, while embodying corporate culture and delivering professional customer service. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of progressive HR management experience with 5-7 years of direct supervisory responsibilities in areas such as Employee/Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, Compensation, Performance Management, and Benefits/HSE, plus strong knowledge of employment law (TITLE VII, EEOC, FLSA, ADA, FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA). Travel is required. The role emphasizes strategic initiatives, governance of HR activities, and alignment with company-wide safety and quality objectives. Must demonstrate leadership, collaboration, and high accountability in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 10+ years progressive HR Management experience
- 5-7 years direct Supervisory responsibilities in HR areas
- Experience in Employee/Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, Compensation, Performance Management, HSE and/or Benefits
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment law (TITLE VII, EEOC, FLSA, ADA, FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA)
- Proven interpersonal and confidentiality handling skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
- Travel required
