Job Summary
Partner with Global BU leadership on organization design, workforce planning, and talent strategy while aligning HR initiatives with global business priorities. Leverage HR analytics to drive data-informed decisions and collaborate with global HR COEs to deploy scalable solutions. Lead reorganizations, M&A integrations, and workforce transitions, ensuring adherence to local labor legislation and global standards. Oversee policy implementation, compliance programs, and audit readiness, while delivering timely reporting and insights to senior management. Manage leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement, operating as a trusted advisor in a matrixed environment. Contribute to HR budgeting and process streamlining to support organizational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of HR generalist/specialist experience supporting senior leadership in complex, matrixed global organizations
- Strong knowledge of European labor legislation and multi country HR environments
- Exceptional judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- advanced degree
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent HR certification
- Preferred background in life sciences, CRO, technology, or consulting environments
- Expertise in organization design, leadership development, talent management, and engagement
- Demonstrated success leading change initiatives (reorgs, integrations, scaling transitions)
