Job Summary
Provide strategic counsel to executive leadership on talent factors driving business strategy and align HR programs with organizational goals. Manage a global HR account team, coaching members to meet prioritized metrics while overseeing succession planning, performance management, and workforce forecasting. Establish effective relationships to monitor budget and headcount, ensuring people initiatives align with cost structures and global objectives. Conduct one-on-one coaching with senior leaders to improve capabilities and promote positive employee relations through direct engagement. Serve as steward of corporate HR practices, partnering with Centers of Excellence to deliver standardized solutions across 4,000 employees in Oregon and California.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of direct HR experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field with 10+ years of related experience
- Master's degree or MBA with 5+ years of related experience
Desired Qualifications
- Significant experience supporting engineering and manufacturing operations
- Experience in both union and non-union environments
- International experience, including living and working outside the US
- Strong business and strategic acumen with understanding of profitability drivers and market differentiation
- Deep HR expertise with ability to apply solutions, guidelines, and policies effectively
- Employment/labor law knowledge for problem-solving and coaching
- Proven influence and coaching capabilities to drive engagement and performance
