HR Director

Lead the Human Resources department by managing talent acquisition, employee development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws. Ensure HR operations remain effective, legally compliant, and aligned with the overall business strategy while fostering a positive workplace culture. Develop and implement HR strategies that directly support business objectives. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred), along with at least 8-10 years of experience, including 5 years in a leadership capacity. Professional HR certification is preferred.
