Job Summary
HR Director responsible for overseeing all human resource functions for the organization, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, payroll processing, benefits administration, performance management, and staff records management. Serves as a trusted advisor to leadership to ensure HR policies and practices align with regulatory requirements and organizational values. Key duties include onboarding/orientation, background checks, payroll and benefits administration (including ADP and HSA), retirement plan coordination, compliance and employee relations, records management, training, and continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience managing payroll, benefits administration, and employee records
- Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
