Job Summary
HR Digital Analyst responsible for leveraging data and technology to optimize HR processes and enhance the employee experience. Develop and maintain HR dashboards/reports, support HRIS/talent management implementations, provide training on HR digital tools, help establish HR data governance, support HR analytics projects and system upgrades, and assist in user acceptance testing to ensure smooth rollout of digital solutions. Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), strong data interpretation skills, privacy/regulatory familiarity (GDPR), and clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Minimum 2+ years in an HR analytics or similar digital HR role in a multinational company; degree in relevant field required.
