Job Summary
HR Delivery Inquiry Management - Generalist, Officer (Hybrid) based in Taguig, Philippines. Responsibilities include taking ownership of general customer inquiries, providing accurate solutions across HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow, LMS, HR Help Center), ensuring timely service delivery against SLAs, acting as primary point of contact for issue resolution, guiding customers on HR policies and processes, collecting feedback, and participating in re-engineering projects. The role supports onboarding and employee lifecycle activities, contributes to continuous process improvements, and requires 1-2 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Hybrid work arrangement in Taguig, Philippines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or University degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow, LMS) is a plus
