HR Data & Systems Integration Coordinator (Fixed-Term Contract)

Job Summary
Process and maintain employee data changes across HR and payroll systems, including Workday, Dayforce, and Preceda. Accurately manage employee lifecycle transactions such as new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, pay changes, and leave. Conduct data reconciliations and audits to ensure accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and support integration activities through testing and validation. Partner with stakeholders to ensure timely processing while maintaining compliance with data governance and privacy requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance data quality and operational efficiency. This 3-month fixed-term role supports the accuracy and integrity of employee data within a global professional services environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience processing high-volume employee data transactions in an HR, payroll, shared services, or HR systems environment
- Hands-on experience using Workday or Dayforce
- Experience maintaining employee records and processing employee lifecycle transactions
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality
- Proven experience performing data reconciliation and audit activities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Exposure to HRIS, payroll systems, or HR data integration activities
- Knowledge of HR data governance and privacy principles
