HR Data Scientist

Job Summary
Own the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of the full suite of HR and people metrics across the organization, delivering reporting on time to leadership and Centers of Excellence. Partner with the HR Technology team to resolve data gaps in SuccessFactors Employee Central, ensuring source data integrity for automated reporting. Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports while conducting analyses of engagement, turnover, recruitment, and total rewards to identify trends. Develop the roadmap toward predictive people analytics, including workforce trend analysis and initiative impact measurement, using approved AI-assisted tools to enhance data processing efficiency. Uphold strict confidentiality and data governance standards in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Psychology, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, business intelligence, or a related data function
- Demonstrated experience with HRIS platforms, preferably SuccessFactors Employee Central, including an understanding of how system inputs and configuration affect data quality and reporting outputs
- Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in visualization or BI tools
- Expert-level attention to detail and data accuracy, with the ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences
