Job Summary

HR Data Management Representative to oversee the full employee data lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of all employee records. Responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data in the HR Information System (HRIS) and related databases; processing HR transactions (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, changes in employee details) in accordance with policies; ensuring compliance with local data privacy laws and company data security policies; responding to employee and manager inquiries; collaborating with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and other departments to ensure data consistency across systems; maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required Qualifications

  • Korean language proficiency (speaking, listening, reading, writing) required
  • TOPIK Level 5 or above (or equivalent) mandatory
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in HR data management and Hire-to-Retire processes using modern technologies (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Fresh graduates or candidates without direct experience welcome to apply
