Job Summary
Lead and supervise a team of Data Analysts to deliver people analytics, reporting, and insights to support decision making across the Human Resources organization. Transform complex workforce and operational data into meaningful, actionable insights that influence workforce strategy and organizational outcomes. Advance HR analytics capabilities from reporting to insight-driven decision support using statistical analysis, data modeling, and predictive techniques. Oversee data management, data governance, and data security, ensuring proper handling, protection, and integrity of sensitive workforce data. Establish standardized processes, promote a single source of truth, and ensure consistent, reliable access to data across the organization. Partner closely with HR, business, and technology leaders worldwide to enable data-driven decisions that support the mission of the Church.
