HR Data and AI HR Project Manager

HR Data & AI Project Manager leading HR data, analytics and AI transformation initiatives across the HR function in the UK. You will partner with HR, Technology, Data and Business stakeholders to establish trusted workforce data, actionable insights and AI-powered capabilities, govern data quality and governance, drive workforce analytics, and coordinate cross-functional teams through discovery to implementation and adoption. The role requires translating business requirements into scalable solutions, facilitating governance forums and stakeholder engagement, and supporting the evolution of the HR Data & AI operating model and standards. Hybrid working with 1 day on-site per week; salary circa £60,000-£72,000; BPSS checks and UK security requirements apply. Experience in HR data ecosystems, data governance, data integration, and data-driven decision-making is expected, along with strong communication and facilitation skills. Knowledge of AI/machine learning use cases in HR and familiarity with HRIS/payroll/talent/workforce management data flows is desirable.
