Job Summary
HR Data Analytics Intern at Karl Lagerfeld (Amsterdam HQ, North Holland) supports the HRIS team by creating and maintaining reports in ADP Lyric, migrating reporting catalogs from Oracle HCM to Lyric, and developing dashboards. Responsibilities include generating regular KPI reports, automating reporting processes, collaborating with departments to drive data-informed decisions, designing dashboards using SQL and visualization tools, supporting HR projects and change initiatives, and coordinating requests with ManageEngine. Required qualifications include being enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program during the internship, strong SQL skills, experience with Tableau or Power BI, familiarity with data warehousing concepts, and strong analytical and communication abilities in English.
Required Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in SQL

- Familiarity with database management and data warehousing concepts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Effective communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Ability to work independently and in an international environment
