HR Data Analyst (F/H/NB)

Collect, validate, and structure HR data from multiple sources including SIRH systems, surveys, and internal tools. Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports to improve data accessibility. Conduct descriptive and exploratory analyses on HR themes such as headcount, mobility, diversity, and performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Collaborate closely with HR, IT, Data, and Finance teams to support strategic and operational decision-making while contributing to continuous data quality improvements and cross-functional digital transformation projects.
