Job Summary
Implement new hire orientation programs including onboarding emails, starter kits, and ID creation while assisting in training development and staff activities. Maintain employee records for leaves, medical, and attendance, updating the HR tracker and company calendar for birthdays and public holidays. Support office operations by replenishing pantry supplies, organizing training sessions, arranging approval documents for MDEC and HRDF, and reviewing policies for compliance. Manage staff gifts, photo sessions, and bank account registrations under the direction of the HR Manager.

- Good in verbal and written communication skills
- Good in organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good in management skills to meet deadlines
- Good in analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Ability to work under pressure and fast paced environment
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software
- Bachelors degree / Diploma in human resources, Business Administration, or related field experience
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
Desired Qualifications
- At least one year of human resource management experience preferred
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems, will be a plus
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
