HR Coordinator

Job Summary
Monitor the HR Services inbox, respond to routine inquiries, and track follow-up on advisory matters. Prepare and maintain employment documentation for offers, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, work permits, and leave plans. Support onboarding, offboarding, audits, investigations, grievances, and training activities while coordinating retail sales performance coaching administration. Maintain Health & Safety records, committee documentation, inspections, and incident reports. Support disability management and workplace accommodation administration with accurate, confidential record-keeping. Compile and validate HR reporting, monitor action items, and improve administrative templates. Occasional evening or weekend work and travel to TDG locations may be required; a valid driver's license may also be needed.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of Human Resources coordination, administration, or related business administration experience
- Experience preparing employment documentation and maintaining confidential records
- Strong organization, accuracy, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive employment, medical, safety, and labour-relations information
- Strong written and verbal communication with a professional, service-focused approach
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Comfort learning HR systems and reporting tools
- Relevant post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Occasional evening or weekend work
- Travel to TDG locations
- A valid driver's license
