Job Summary
Support HR and Distribution Center teams with a wide range of office and administrative tasks. Coordinate DC recruitment activities including ads, interview and selection processes, prepare job announcements and interview materials, conduct background checks and reference checks, and respond to applicant inquiries. Conduct employee orientations and training logistics, schedule and maintain records, and perform data entry of personnel records in the HRIS. Prepare and process documents for filing or data entry; draft correspondence, reports and other written materials. Assist with compensation and benefits administration, processing, and recordkeeping. Support HR functions such as employee recognition, safety, and employee relations. Provide clerical support to HR and management (photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing), maintain calendars and appointments, and record/minute meetings as needed. Ensure compliance with policies and standards. Salary is presented as hourly ranges by location, with a comprehensive benefits package and time-off provisions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of Human Resources experience
- Administrative skills with excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal/human relations skills
- Attention to detail, organizational, analytic, and problem-solving skills
