Job Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator supports the DC HR and Distribution Center teams with office/administrative responsibilities, including coordinating recruitment activities (advertising, interviews, background checks), conducting orientations and training logistics, entering personnel records into HRIS, preparing and processing documents, drafting correspondence and HR-related materials, and assisting with compensation/benefits administration and employee relations. Also provides general clerical support and scheduling, with duties covering document transcription/minutes, compliance with policies, and a physically active warehouse environment. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years of HR experience, strong communication, confidentiality, attention to detail, adaptability, and organizational skills. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of Human Resources experience
- Administrative skills including excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal/human relations skills
- Attention to detail, organizational, analytic, and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to maintain high level of confidentiality
- Responsive to staff needs and adaptable to change
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
