Job Summary
Conduct accurate data entry for HRIS databases and spreadsheets, including Workday and Google Sheets, to maintain confidential employee records. Perform time and attendance transactions, audit data for absenteeism and Point System outcomes, and manage onboarding and offboarding processes including badge creation and I-9 verifications. Interact with team members via phone, email, or in-person to address HR inquiries while maintaining departmental email and voicemail inboxes. Support group interviews and ensure strict adherence to Rogue's HR policies and procedures. Maintain availability for occasional on-call duties and standard 1st shift hours, requiring a valid driver's license for local travel between Columbus-area sites.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for local travel between Columbus-area sites
- Experience in Workday or similar HRIS platforms
- High-level spreadsheet skills, specifically the use of Google Sheets functions and data validation
- Exceptional people skills with a commitment to upholding professional standards in every interaction
- Above-average organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment, often with competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be available for occasional on-call duties and to support business HR needs outside of standard 1st shift hours when needed
- Must be able to agree to Rogue's preferred methods of communication (i.e. text message) during the recruitment process
