Job Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator supports HR operations at a premier private country club in the Los Angeles area by assisting with payroll administration, benefits, onboarding, employee relations, training compliance, and HR communications. Responsibilities include preparing offer and benefits packets, coordinating new hire paperwork and orientation, creating training materials and HR manuals, scheduling training, overseeing full-cycle recruitment, managing 90-day and annual performance appraisals, researching policy and training needs, assisting with event coordination, ensuring compliance across HR functions, and contributing to special HR projects and company initiatives. The role requires at least 2 years of HR experience, a hospitality mindset, exceptional confidentiality, and the ability to work collaboratively or independently in a detail-oriented environment.
