HR Coordinator / Recruiter

Assist the recruiting team with onboarding processes, manage employee record-keeping, and ensure compliance for independent contractors. Roll out new processes to support administrative and recruiting teams while serving as the primary point of contact for training and onboarding new team members. This lead role focuses on automating HR and recruiting functions to support Carepool's rapid expansion across the US, ensuring smooth integration for our aging population and disability-focused user base.
