Job Summary
HR Coordinator role supporting orientation, answering policy inquiries, managing the employee uniform program, coordinating employee events and recognition, and handling HR-related questions. Requires strong written/verbal skills, interpersonal and team-building abilities, and solid computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Publisher, photo manipulation). Experience with HRIS for maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and producing reports is preferred. Must be able to work with the HR team, communicate effectively with employees, and learn/grow in HR duties. Located in Reno, NV; on-site responsibilities during peak periods and special events.
