Job Summary
HR Coordinator role at Freudenberg responsible for end-to-end hourly recruiting activities (phone screens, interview coordination, hiring, onboarding support), coordinating employee events (orientations, benefits enrollment, exit processes), supporting employee engagement and culture, maintaining accurate HR records, updating HRIS/ADP systems, handling onboarding check-ins, and assisting with recognition programs and workplace experience. Requires 0–2 years of administrative/HR support experience, Associate’s degree preferred, strong organization and communication skills, confidentiality, and Microsoft Office HR-system familiarity. Starting at $27/hour in Manchester, NH, USA.
Required Qualifications

- Associate’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred — or equivalent experience
