Job Summary
HR Coordinator for a multi-site healthcare organization, responsible for end-to-end onboarding across multiple facilities and states, coordinating offer letters, background checks, I-9, drug screenings, health clearances, and system access; ensuring timely completion of trainings and compliance documentation; processing status changes, transfers, promotions, terminations, and offboarding; administering benefits and open enrollment; monitoring certifications, licenses, and credential expirations within ADP Workforce Now; conducting regular audits to maintain compliance with company, state, federal, and accreditation standards; proactively communicating with managers on onboarding, payroll issues, and documentation; partnering with recruiters and operations leaders to support staffing and HR operations; requiring ADP Workforce Now proficiency, HR operations experience, and strong organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of HR operations, HR coordinator, or HR generalist experience in a fast-paced multi-site or multi-state environment
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now (HRIS + payroll functions required)
- Experience tracking employee certifications, compliance requirements, and credential expirations
- Experience auditing employee files and maintaining compliance documentation
- Strong payroll administration experience across multiple states
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage high-volume workflows with tight deadlines
- Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
