Job Summary
HR Coordinator responsible for providing operational and employee support across HR functions, serving as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, guiding on policies and processes, supporting employee engagement, maintaining HRIS data and employee records, ensuring accuracy for survey checks, and assisting with ad hoc HR projects in a fast-paced Brooklyn office. Requires experience with HRIS (UKG/Dayforce preferred) and EMR (Mckesson preferred); strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills; focus on data accuracy and process improvement within a Medicare/Medicaid participation-compliant environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience using HRIS platforms (UKG or Dayforce preferred)
- Experience using an EMR platform (Mckesson preferred)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
