HR Coordinator

Job Summary
Provide administrative support to the HR department, manage teammate benefits enrollment and ACA compliance, coordinate benefits enrollment for new teammates and changes for current teammates, assist with the annual Open Enrollment process, monitor ACA compliance, assist with the annual review of form 1095cs and 1094c filing through ADP’s SmartCompliance, review unemployment claims with documentation, maintain teammate records within the HRIS, process termination documentation, administer LOA tracking and premium payments, administer Medical Child Support Orders, respond to FAQs about benefits/ADP/OCE, distribute HR communications, partner with HR teammates on objectives, manage records retention, manage HROptical email and department mail, administer ABO/OCE Certification process and tracking in ADP Talent Profile, and exhibit strong communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills while supporting a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience with HR processes; payroll, benefits, compensation, etc.
- Solid knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify problems and develop solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work collaboratively in a matrix environment
- Able to thrive within a fast-paced environment
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
