Job Summary
HR Coordinator role based in Eschborn, Germany, supporting HR management and development. Responsibilities include being the point of contact for managers and employees on labor and social security matters, collaborating with the HR Manager, handling personnel administration from onboarding to offboarding (including employment contracts and related documents), assisting with payroll preparation and monthly/annual closings, maintaining employee data in Workday and managing time tracking, undertaking smaller strategic HR projects, supporting occupational safety and health management, providing confidential relocation support to Korean expatriate employees, coordinating with external partners, and organizing company events. Requires a degree in business administration with an HR focus or comparable qualifications, HR administration experience, proficiency with MS Office (Workday preferred), and fluency in German and English, with qualities such as assertiveness, flexibility, responsibility, and eagerness to learn. Required Qualifications
- successfully completed a degree in business administration with a focus on human resources or comparable qualifications
- initial professional experience in HR administration and employee support
- proficient in using standard MS Office applications; ideally experience with Workday
- confident German and English communication
- assertiveness, flexibility, strong responsibility and organizational skills
- above-average capacity and willingness to learn
