Job Summary
HR Coordinator EMEA based in Amsterdam (Schiphol-Rijk) responsible for coordinating local onboarding across 13 EMEA jurisdictions, managing day-to-day employee administration and records, preparing candidate contracts in line with local requirements, supporting internship/recruitment processes, assisting compliance across EMEA with occupational health and statutory requirements, handling immigration processes (IND notifications, 30% ruling) with external partners, supporting benefits programs, maintaining and updating job descriptions, and collaborating with the HR Generalist on regional needs and ad hoc HR projects. Requires degree in HR/psychology or relevant field, 2+ years of HR experience, knowledge of Dutch employment law, proficiency in HRIS and MS Office, and fluency in Dutch and English. Must be able to commute to the Schiphol-Rijk office regularly.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or relevant field
- 2+ years in a similar HR role
- Knowledge of Dutch employment laws and regulations; other European jurisdictions are a plus
- Fluent in Dutch and English; other European languages are a plus
- Ability to commute at least 3 times a week to the office in Schiphol-Rijk
