Job Summary
Provide support and basic guidance to employees regarding HR programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring effective customer service responses to employee inquiries. Responsibilities include administrative support for HR functions throughout the employee lifecycle, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, processing changes in HRIS systems, and managing all aspects of assigned projects. Additionally, assist in planning and implementing company and HR programs while managing employee recognition programs and announcements.
