Job Summary
Facilitate administrative human resources processes including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry. Act as a first-level support point for employee inquiries via calls and emails while scheduling meetings, processing expense reports, and preparing communications. Manage the HR Budget process by tracking and ensuring timely payment of invoices. Assist with core initiatives such as performance management, training, and payroll administration, and maintain employee files by uploading documents. Support the local office manager with HR-related activities and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of Human Resources experience
- Experience with HRIS (Workday preferred), reporting, and HR Analytics
- Basic knowledge and understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements affecting HR practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS
- Has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment
- Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions; probes all fruitful sources for answers; can see hidden problems; is excellent at honest analysis; looks beyond the obvious and doesn't stop at the first answers
- Enjoys working hard; is action oriented and full of energy for the things he/she sees as challenging; not fearful of acting with a minimum of planning
- Writes and presents effectively; adjusts to fit the audience and the message; strongly gets a message across
- Dedicated in meeting expectations and requirements of internal customer; obtains information and uses it for improvements; acts with customer in mind; establishes and maintains relationships with customer

- Employee must have the ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of 8 hours a day and complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands
- Employee must have the ability to see written documents, computer screens and to adjust focus
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience preferred
