Job Summary

HR Coordinator in Boise, ID supporting daily HR operations and administrative functions. Responsibilities include coordinating new associate orientation, unemployment claims, onboarding and exit interviews, return-to-work processes, leave administration, OSHA reporting, and general HR program support. Partners with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition to support staffing plans, drives inclusive culture with HRBP, administers employee engagement programs, maintains compliance documentation, creates communications, and analyzes data to provide insights. Requires strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, and proficiency with MS Office and Excel; must maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively across teams.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-3 years of Human Resources Generalist, Recruitment, or Employee Relations experience or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organize work, analyze numeric data, and apply policies and procedures
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Experience with onboarding, unemployment claims processes, leave administration, OSHA reporting, and employee relations
