Job Summary
Coordinate interviews and recruiting logistics; manage onboarding processes and HRIS data entry; maintain employee records and data accuracy across systems; support benefits enrollment and compliance training; assist with compliance reporting, audits, and training tracking; coordinate employee engagement initiatives and HR programs; support performance review cycles and training logistics; collaborate with HR leadership and the Recruiting Manager to support day-to-day HR operations and employee experience; includes opportunities to grow into broader HR responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of HR, recruiting coordination, or administrative experience
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., BambooHR or similar)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service mindset
