Job Summary
Collect and analyze payroll, benefit, and leave data monthly to ensure accuracy and prepare clear, business-relevant reports for management. Calculate bonus payments and accruals based on variable salary splits, while examining payouts against country and business performance. Reconcile operating results regarding payroll costs and verify all control data for compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley initiatives, providing necessary audit support. Prepare regular financial estimates, budgets, and ad-hoc forecasts aligned with annual operating plans, ensuring all outputs are analyzed and reported per instructions. Maintain accurate weekly and monthly headcount reporting in SAP HR and Business Warehouse, proposing continuous improvements to systems and work methods.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration / Controlling
- Strong technical accounting skills
- Minimum 2 years professional experience in Controlling, preferably HR / Payroll Controlling
- SAP experience
- Previous experience gained within a multi-national organization
- Fluency in English mandatory
- Strongly analytical approach in daily tasks
- High focus on details and data accuracy
- Readiness of mind
- Hands on approach
