Job Summary
HR Controller at NLMK DanSteel A/S will act as a central partner to leadership, focusing on HR-controlling and Compensation & Benefits, and working at the intersection of HR, finance and business. You will develop and maintain HR KPIs and management reporting, analyze headcount, turnover, absenteeism and workforce planning, support budget/forecast processes for personnel costs, manage salary structures and salary bands with WTW, coordinate annual salary adjustments and bonus processes, oversee employee benefits and pay transparency compliance, and ensure data quality in HR systems. The role involves collaborating with Controlling & Finance and the HR leadership team to influence the HR agenda in an international industrial context, with Danish-English communication and a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant higher education such as cand.merc., cand.polit., HD or equivalents
- Experience with HR-controlling, Compensation & Benefits or HR-analytics
- Strong analytical and data reporting skills
- Proficiency in Excel and HR systems
- Ability to communicate complex data clearly in Danish and English
- Independent, proactive and collaborative mindset
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
