Job Summary
HR Consultant role (remote-friendly) supporting independent financial advisor clients through HR services including recruiting, employee relations, compensation studies, policy guidance, and HR program design. Responsibilities include partnering with clients to assess needs, handling prospective client conversations, advising on HR policies and procedures, designing and monitoring best practices, guiding interviewing processes and performance reviews, supporting offer processes and negotiations, researching state/local laws nationwide, and contributing to job description creation and candidate evaluation. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, 3+ years in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition/Staffing or Practice Management, proven interviewing experience, strong client-facing experience, and HR certificate preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years’ experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, or Practice Management
- Proven experience conducting interviews
- Professional experience working directly in a client-facing capacity managing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Certificate in Human Resources, or desire to obtain, strongly preferred
