Job Summary
Manage HR compliance, employee issues, policies, procedures, recruiting, and compensation projects based on client needs. Advise clients on employment legislation and policies while maintaining excellent working relationships and developing strong rapport. Work independently to manage a variety of projects with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. This part-time assignment requires a minimum of five years of HR experience and the ability to multi-task. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Able to work independently managing a variety of projects
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Able to advise clients on employment legislation and policies
- Able to work efficiently as a team member
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Able to develop a strong rapport with clients and maintain excellent working relationships
