Job Summary
Lead HR system design projects across Talent & Reward; design and deliver HR system programs (e.g., job/grade, performance, promotion, evaluation, compensation); conduct benchmarking and translate insights into client recommendations. Support organization transformation and change management; contribute to workforce planning and sizing analyses. Serve as day-to-day client contact for data requests and data management; lead internal team meetings and own key workstreams. Coordinate with global/offshore offices and multi-country teams; support proposals and business development activities. Requires 5+ years HR consulting or in-house HR experience, strong Korean and English communication, and proficiency in HR systems/design; prefers experience with cross-border HRDD/PMI and STEM-oriented quantitative skills. Hybrid work arrangement with in-office and remote collaboration, with an expectation to be onsite in local office or with clients at least three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in HR consulting or in-house HR
- Solid experience in HR system/program design (e.g., job/grade, performance, promotion, evaluation, compensation)
- Experience in cross-border HRDD and/or PMI is preferred
- Strong communication skills in Korean and English; ability to work confidently with overseas stakeholders
Desired Qualifications

- Experience in cross-border HRDD and/or PMI is preferred
- Strong communication skills in Korean and English; ability to work with overseas stakeholders
- STEM background (Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics) with quantitative orientation
- Licensed labor attorney (노무사)
- AI / Digital Tool familiarity
- Experience with large enterprises and/or technology companies (in-house or client consulting)
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
