Job Summary
Provide practical solutions to diverse HR challenges by translating complex Dutch labour law and legislation into clear, actionable guidance in English for international clients. Lead HR projects, shape and implement policies, and advise on employment conditions, absenteeism, and recruitment while moving between strategy and hands-on execution. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary International team to support organizations expanding cross-border, such as webshops entering Belgium or US entities setting up in the Netherlands. Manage your own agenda independently within an Advisory team of HR, payroll, and salary specialists, focusing on knowledge sharing and meaningful client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in an HR advisory role
- Completed bachelor's degree in HRM or a related field
- Proven knowledge of and experience with Dutch labour law and employment legislation
- Ability to explain and apply Dutch legislation in English to international clients
- Fluent in Dutch and English (both C1), spoken and written
- Flexibility to work across different locations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with AFAS and or Nmbrs is a plus
