Job Summary
HR Consultant for international recruitment and workforce integration responsible for guiding candidates through a structured international recruitment journey, coordinating interviews between candidates and clients, supporting candidate sourcing across international networks, and ensuring transparent information on working and living conditions. The role emphasizes collaboration with international colleagues, clients, and partners, maintaining candidate data and recruitment documentation, and contributing to the development and professionalization of international recruitment processes. Required Qualifications
- completed vocational training or a degree in HR, healthcare, or hospitality (preferred)
- confident German and English skills
- organized, reliable, team-oriented
- experience with MS Office and digital tools
- prior recruitment experience is an advantage but not required
- experience in medical, nursing, hospitality, or gastronomy sectors is a plus
- experience in international or multicultural environments is beneficial
