Job Summary
Serve as the primary HR resource for clients across various industries, acting as an embedded part of their organization to manage employment matters and reduce client risk. Provide support on routine and complex employee relations, performance issues, and non-standard matters including diversity initiatives, reorganization, and policy creation. Oversee benefits, develop handbooks, coordinate onboarding and exit meetings, and ensure compliance with labor laws while identifying noncompliance instances. Participate in HR assessments for new clients and launch new accounts within the service delivery team. This hybrid role in Greater Boston requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of HR experience, and familiarity with Federal and Massachusetts employment regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years Human Resources experience
- Experience working in small to mid-sized companies, from startups to 150 employees
- Conversant in Federal and Massachusetts employment regulations
