Develop and review HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and best practices. Create, update, and standardize key HR documentation, including employee handbooks, policies, procedures, and job descriptions, ensuring clarity, compliance, and consistency. Assess existing HR frameworks to identify gaps and recommend practical improvements for enhanced operational efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of policies and alignment with business needs. Provide advisory support on HR operations, covering employee relations, performance management, and organizational requirements. Support organizations through structured documentation and process design to enable scalable, well-governed HR practices. Requires 8+ years of experience, proficiency in HR software and business planning, and excellent communication skills. Based in Cairo.
