HR Consultant

HR Generalist role combining recruitment and employee relations within a UK-based HR consultancy. You’ll act as an account manager for a select group of clients, develop bespoke training and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle services, including learning and development, coaching, interviewing, contracts, HR policy development, and HRIS/recruitment software adoption. The position is hybrid with predominantly office-based work in Goring-on-Thames (with one day remote after probation) and involvement across client sites, requiring agile collaboration with senior leadership and the ability to deliver training in person or virtually.
