HR Consultant Generalist (Senior)

Lead HR projects across recruitment, payroll, talent development, and organizational change for KMOs, scale-ups, and large enterprises. Serve as the primary advisor to business owners and HR managers on full HR policy, offering tailored strategic guidance while managing varied client engagements from home or office. Act as a senior mentor within the team by actively sharing expertise with junior colleagues and freelancers, guiding them on complex client issues to accelerate their growth and elevate overall team knowledge. Work autonomously with a hybrid schedule, rotating between client sites, home, and office locations.
