HR Compliance Specialist

Job Summary
Analyze HR and talent acquisition data to identify trends, then report insights through Excel visuals and PowerPoint presentations. Onboard and credential new clinical hires, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory requirements while tracking required documentation and training submissions. Coordinate bi-monthly Orientation programs and monthly CPR/CPI classes, and manage background checks, online training courses, and system account registrations. Collect outstanding documentation from colleagues and regularly verify certification statuses for timely updates. File all incoming certifications and documents, with additional tasks as assigned. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and two years of experience in a behavioral health environment.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of prior HR/on boarding/ compliance experience in a fast-paced, behavioral health environment
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Extremely detail oriented and able to work independently
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask & meet deadlines
- Skilled in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint; EHR systems
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources field (preferred)
