Job Summary
Manage labor relations and disciplinary processes by advising management on emerging issues and supervising violation handling procedures to ensure compliance with internal and legal regulations. Administer employee contracts and personnel files throughout the employment lifecycle, preparing documentation for government authorities when required. Develop, review, and update HR policies while evaluating their effectiveness and facilitating their rollout across departments. Coordinate performance review cycles, aggregate data for management decisions, and recommend policy adjustments based on performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực Nhân sự
- kinh nghiệm trực tiếp trong công tác quản lý quan hệ lao động và đảm bảo tuân thủ pháp luật lao động
Desired Qualifications
- kinh nghiệm tư vấn và xử lý các trường hợp liên quan đến kỷ luật lao động
- Nắm vững Bộ luật Lao động và các quy định pháp luật hiện hành có liên quan
- Am hiểu quy trình xử lý kỷ luật lao động, quản lý hợp đồng lao động và hồ sơ nhân sự
- Có kiến thức hoặc kinh nghiệm về quản lý hiệu suất
