Job Summary
HR Compliance Manager responsible for leadership and management of regulatory and compliance processes within Human Resources; leads HR policy development and updates to comply with federal, state, and local laws; supports audits and accreditation initiatives; partners with Legal, Procurement, Communications, and Learning & Development on policy materials, training, and vendor agreements; ensures HR data privacy and regulatory compliance; collaborates with senior leadership and COEs to interpret and apply policies; prepares for regulatory visits and maintains policy governance and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in HR policy development, compliance, or regulatory affairs.
