Job Summary

HR Compliance Analyst focusing on immigration and employment compliance. Manages day-to-day employment-based immigration processes (H-1B, TN, L-1, E-3, O-1, PERM, I-140, I-485), coordinates with outside immigration counsel, serves as liaison between HR, business leaders, and foreign national employees, monitors visa expirations and work authorization, supports I-9 audits, conducts internal HR policy audits, reviews, and trainings, and stays current on changes to employment and immigration laws. Based in Tampa, on-site. Cross-functional collaboration with HR, Legal, Payroll, and Global Mobility to ensure compliant employment practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or equivalent work experience, required
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Legal, or Compliance, with a strong emphasis on U.S. employment-based immigration, required
  • Hands-on experience managing USCIS filings and working directly with outside immigration law firms
  • Knowledge of employment laws including Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, USERRA, Paid Sick Leave, and immigration regulations
  • Experience with I-9 compliance and audit processes preferred
