Job Summary
VP-level HR Operations and Support Specialist to oversee HR communications programs across regions. Lead the development of operational initiatives to deliver tactical results and drive projects end-to-end. Own HR communications intake, prioritization, planning and the editorial calendar, acting as the “air traffic controller” for communications, ensuring transparency, discipline, and accountability. Establish, maintain and enforce templates, standards and approval pathways to improve speed, consistency and quality; coordinate HR-to-HR communications across functions and geographies to reduce duplication and confusion for employees. Partner with stakeholders to ensure messages reach the right audience via the right channels, and oversee vendor communications governance and integration into broader HR campaigns. Expected contributions include coordinating with multiple stakeholders, maintaining project timelines, and applying editorial judgment to simplify complex messaging across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise working across groups — driving coordination, decisions and follow-through among stakeholders.
- At least 6 years’ experience in HR and/or employee communications, communications operations, program/project management and/or editorial operations.
- Strong operational rigor and calm under pressure; proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent editorial judgment and a bias for simplicity.
- A “do it right, do it simple, tech-enabled” mindset.
