Job Summary
Manage payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure accuracy, compliance, and employee satisfaction. Lead end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions, including candidate sourcing, selection, and onboarding coordination for IT equipment, uniforms, and workplace arrangements. Maintain employee data, prepare reports, support audits, and drive HR process improvements, system enhancements, and workflow optimization. Coordinate onboarding programs and support employee relations initiatives, company activities, and other HR projects as assigned. Work on-site at MAHLE Engine Components (Thailand) Ltd. in Bangkok with a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, minimum 3 years of experience, and strong knowledge of Thai labor law.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Services, HR Operations, or a related HR function
- Strong knowledge of payroll administration, welfare & benefits management, and Thai labor law
- Good command of spoken and written English & Thai
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and high attention to detail
- High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
- Positive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow alongside the organization
- Willingness to work on-site at MAHLE Engine Components (Thailand) Ltd. – Bangchan industrial estate, Bangkok
