Job Summary
HR Business Partnering Technology supports the alignment of HR strategies with business-unit and country operations. Responsibilities include shaping and executing HR initiatives, managing departmental targets and costs, driving management decisions on short/long-term HR plans, leading day-to-day HR processes across operations, steering recruiting planning, talent management for leadership roles, implementing organization design changes, driving performance management and development programs, guiding market-driven compensation decisions, delivering training and development strategies, deploying HR services and tools efficiently, producing validated HR metrics, enhancing employee engagement, and executing change management initiatives. Proficiency with office productivity tools and fluency in English are required to inform strategic and tactical HR activities and enable effective communication with stakeholders across the organization.
